Kings Canyon National Park

Once you wind your way along most of the Kings Canyon Scenic Byway you will find yourself entering the main section of Kings Canyon National Park in the Sierra Nevada mountains of California. Not long after you will soon literally hit the end of the road within the national park too!

The canyon views along the Kings Canyon Scenic Byway through the Sequoia National Forest are spectacular but by the time you re-enter Kings Canyon National Park you are now at the bottom of the canyon with the roaring Kings River and mountain peaks all around you. Here you can check out an old cabin, wander Zumwalt Meadow taking in the great views around you and also and enjoy the Roaring River Falls before you make your way back out onto the scenic byway.
