Takoyaki “Octopus balls” – like a savoury dumpling made out of pancake likd mix with diced octopus with ginger and onion cooked in a special  Takoyaki pan. Then topped wth Takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, Aonori (dried seaweed flakes) and Katsuobushi (dried fish flakes) that “magically” comes to life and starts moving in the heat of the food!
