Grand Teton National Park and the quest for Moose.

Updating some of my earlier blogs. Grand Teton is such a beautiful place. Overshadowed somewhat by its northern neighbour Yellowstone National Park, it is a place that you should take time to visit some day.

    I’m reminded of a visit to Yellowstone some years back, and having my arm grabbed by an excited New Yorker demanding breathlessly if I had “seen the moose?!” It was, in fact, a small deer–so our joke for the rest of that trip was to call EVERY animal a moose (including the tourists)… But clearly you found the genuine article. πŸ˜‰

      Ha! Yes I saw 2, but there was a 5 year gap between when I last saw one in Manitoba, Canada!
